Group Programs help you come together in a safe, fun and learning environment.

We support you to develop new life skills and interests, meet new people and participate in your community.

Overview:

We offer a series of six week workshops to increase your mental health and physical wellbeing, inspire and explore your creative side, embrace technology, learn about cyber safety, learn how to have a healthy relationship with food, and be a chef in your own kitchen!

Tuesdays
Explore your creative side with different art activities each week. Canvas painting, mobiles and collages. Building, making and creating small projects. Experience the many ways to express yourself through creative art.

Our cooking group provides you the opportunity to enhance your basic cooking skills through learning cooking techniques. Learn to cook low cost meal portioned for one and develop friendships through socialising with others.

Thursdays
Health, wellbeing & lifestyle program will offer a variety of relaxing and enjoyable activities to increase health and wellbeing with like-minded individuals. Gain valuable knowledge and strategies to keep yourself calm and content.

A community-based group where you will have the opportunity to engage in activities, make new friends and explore new interests in a safe and supported environment.
